Where Can I Park?

Our parking lot is located directly behind the theater and costs $8. Plenty of free street parking is available in our neighborhood. Take note of "No Parking" signs.

Do I need to print my tickets or can you scan them on my phone?

It is completely up to you. As long as the ticket barcode is visible and hasn’t yet been scanned, you’ll gain entry. Our Prekindle tickets make it super easy to scan from your phone. You can even add it to your Apple Wallet!

Do you serve food at the theater?

No, but our restaurant located next door to the theater, Sundown at Granada, does. Enjoy dinner before the show from our delicious menu.

do I need my id to get in?

Yes, if you plan on drinking. All under-21 guests will be marked as such and given a specific wristband. Guests over the age of 21 will receive their own wristband.

Is there an age limit?

Age limit varies depending on the event, find more information about the age limit for each show on the designated ticket page.

I left my credit card at the bar during a show, how can I get it back?

All cards that are left behind are sent to our restaurant next door, Sundown at Granada. They open at 11:00 am (CST) Monday through Friday, and 10 am (CST) Saturday & Sunday.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted at the bars. American Express is not accepted at the box office for ticket purchases.


what does your seating look like? are seats reserved or can I just grab one when I get there?

Floor plans vary depending on the event. All seats are reserved for those that wish to purchase one. Click on the show link from our calendar to see availability and select your seat.

Can I bring my camera to the show?

Any professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens are subject to artist and management approval. Any unapproved cameras will not be admitted to the theater, so be prepared to leave your camera in your vehicle for the night if it has not been approved. Cell phone cameras are more than welcome and encouraged.

what’s the difference between a GA and a Seated ticket?

GA tickets are designated as “standing-room-only”, which means you can stand in any of the GA-specific areas. A seated ticket will contain your section, row and seat number as this seat is officially reserved by you.

Is Granada theater a fixed seat venue?

No. Each show’s capacity is configured according to an artist’s management team and the theater’s booking department. One show may be fully seated while another is only partially seated.


can I buy tickets to a different show at the box office?

You sure can! Our box office is open on show nights when the doors open. The box office is not open during the day unless there is an event.

Is there a handicap-friendly viewing area in the theater?

We make it a point to accommodate every one of our guests. We indeed do have a handicap-accessible area on the floor. Our security (Serenity) staff is happy to help assist in any way they can the night of a show.

I can’t come to the show, can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately, all tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

Can a friend take my ticket and go in my place?

Sure! Just make sure they have a copy of the ticket confirmation email or print-at-home ticket(s). Remember, tickets can be scanned on your phone, too!

Can I bring in any food or drinks?

In consideration of TABC laws and health-code reasons, we don’t allow any outside food or beverages inside the theater.

Can I bring a backpack?

The safety of all of our guests is paramount. Because of this, we don’t allow any backpacks or oversized bags inside. Purses and other small bags are subject to searches as well.

Do you have VIP packages available?

We do for certain shows, however, VIP packages are generally at the artist’s discretion. If one is available, details will be available on that specific show’s ticket page.
