Our parking lot is located directly behind the theater and costs $8. Plenty of free street parking is available in our neighborhood. Take note of "No Parking" signs.
It’s completely up to you. As long as the ticket barcode is visible and hasn’t yet been scanned, you’ll gain entry.
No, but our restaurant located next door to the theater, Sundown at Granada, does. Enjoy dinner before the show from Executive Chef Jason West’s delicious menu. Eat dinner at Sundown and we will check you in and wristband you at your table after ordering your meal. this way you can gain early entry, or enter at any time and skip the line.
Yes. All under-21 guests will be marked as such and given a specific wristband. Guests over the age of 21 will receive their own wristband.
Set times for all shows are posted on our social channels (Facebook & Twitter) a few hours prior to doors opening. Follow us on both today! Set times are also posted on our website.
This isn’t high school – you can wear whatever you want. All we ask is that you are fully dressed (please wear pants) and have proper footwear as you may be standing for a few hours.
Guests 10+ must be accompanied by a parent/guardian while 14+ can rock out solo.
All cards that are left behind are sent to our restaurant next door, Sundown at Granada. They open at 5:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday, and 11 AM (CST) Saturday & Sunday.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted at the bars. American Express is not accepted at the box office for ticket purchases.
All seats are reserved for those that wish to purchase one as long as there is availability.
Any professional cameras or cameras with a detachable lens are subject to artist and management approval. Any unapproved cameras will not be admitted to the theater, so be prepared to leave your camera in your vehicle for the night if it has not been approved. Cell phone cameras are more than welcome and encouraged.
GA tickets are designated as “standing-room only”, which means you can stand in any of the GA-specific areas. A seated ticket will contain your section, row and seat number as this seat is officially reserved by you.
No. Each show’s capacity is configured according to an artist’s management team and the theater’s booking department. One show may be fully seated while another is only partially seated.
A show-specific seat map is available to use during the ticket-buying process. Choose a seat for you, your friends, your family – anyone!
Of course! We are located roughly a mile away from DART’s Mockingbird Station if you wish to travel by train. Additional personal transportation services including Uber and Lyft are available upon request.
You sure can! Just remember we don’t take American Express.
No. The box office is open only on show nights.
We make it a point to accommodate every one of our guests. We indeed do have a handicap-accessible area on the floor. Our security (Serenity) staff is happy to help assist in any way they can the night of a show.
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable once they’ve been purchased.
Sure! Just make sure they have a copy of the ticket confirmation email or print-at-home ticket(s). Remember, tickets can be scanned on your phone, too!

In consideration of laws and health-code reasons, we don’t allow any outside food or beverages inside the theater.
The safety of all of our guests is paramount. Because of this, we don’t allow any backpacks or oversized bags inside. Purses and other small holding bags are subject to searches as well.
