We’re looking to add a new member to our marketing/promo/everything team!  Need a real fire cracker to fit in with this family.  Interested?  See below, and if you qualify and apply!  Follow the instructions please, don’t wanna get disqualified on a minor detail.

Music lover.  Concert goer.  A jack of all trades who will keep our marketing team organized and on the right path.  Social butterfly (heck, social media butterfly too).  Generate marketing ideas that help us sell out shows.  Tracks all marketing budgets and processes invoices. Manages the calendar of marketing activities for each major consortia partner and administers each tactic from start to finish invoice processing, budget tracking, proof reading, and maintaining vendor files.  Should be comfortable interacting with bands and their management, as well as local and national media.

This is a full time 1st shift position.

Must be detail oriented
Ability to think and work independently
Must have good communication skills and be highly responsive
Good people skills (will work with multiple departments)
Deadline driven with attention to project timelines
Ability to multi-task

Check emails on a daily basis
Answer calls
Leave new phone messages
Ordering supplies
Requesting photo passes, interviews, giveaways etc.

Promo Ideas
Create Marketing Plans
Create Ad Reports
Banner Ad schedule
Weekly Email creation
Handle Granada Online Store
Update Granada Tumblr
Manage Interns Repeated tasks
Monthly Reports (FB, Twitter, Print, Radio, etc.)
Minor Photoshop work
