It’s time for another CRAWL.
Here at Granada, we like to help you stay cultured through providing you with concerts featuring artists all over the music genre spectrum. We take pride in doing our part to support local music, art, and all other creative outlets; these are our passions, and we are excited to be able to share that with everyone in our city.
Introducing the very first DALLAS CULTURE CRAWL!
The Dallas Culture Crawl will provide you with an evening full of enjoyment in the arts, where you can display your support for the artists behind Dallas’ ongoing cultural development. So free up your night, because this is gonna be EPIC!

8:00pm – Neon Indian / Com Truise @ Granada Theater
Cost: $20 (fees included)
3524 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX
Probably one of the cooler shows of the season (along with Panda Bear), prepare to be melted by aural space-age laser-beams at the Neon Indian / Com Truise show at Granada Theater. Denton native Neon Indian (aka Alan Palamo) has taken the electronic indie world by storm with the recent release of his sophomore album, Era Extrana. Palamo’s unique electro-chill brand of psychedelia has earned him praise, headlines, and a recent performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (seen in above video). Opening for Neon Indian is the chillwave buzz-ridden Com Truise, whose digital jams will actually make you want to go back and watch 2001: A Space Odyssey all over again. If you missed dinner or get the munchies, don’t fret; Granada’s signature tacos & other noms will be available in the lobby.
12:00am – The Big Lebowski @ Inwood Theatre
5858 W. Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX
After Neon Indian’s encore is over head over to the Inwood Theatre. The Inwood has the most comfortable movie screening room in Dallas hands down, complete with a variety of LoveSacs, couches, and love seats in what they appropriately call the Screening Room. The luxurious Screening Room also features a bar so you never have to miss any part of the movie while going to fetch some white russians. Playing at midnight is the 1998 cult-favorite Coen Brothers comedy, The Big Lebowski. This film features some of the most interesting characters on film, following the plot line of a middle-aged hippie slacker known only as “The Dude” who gets caught up in a case of mistaken identity involving his stolen rug, a porn star kidnapping, a crippled millionaire, and a band of nihilists. Featuring Jeff Bridges, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, and Julianne Moore. The Big Lebowski is not only the most quotable movie in cinematic history (arguably), but also a well-crafted gem that is essential viewing in regards to film culture. The Dude abides.
