If you liked hearing Face to Face’s “Disconnected” on the Tank Girl soundtrack (or in Guitar Hero 5 for that matter), you’ll love to know they’re coming to Dallas June 5th with Strung Out, Blitzkid, and The Darlings.
Despite the band’s break-up from 2004 to 2008, Face to Face is still going strong and just released their seventh album, Laugh Now, Laugh Later. In fact, Face to Face is touring Texas all week, beginning tonight at Warehouse Live in Houston, La Zona Rosa June 3rd in Austin, and then hitting the Granada before heading to White Rabbit in San Antonio on June 6th. If the widespread touring isn’t enough evidence that this is going to be a great show, take note that the band has already sold out venues in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Chicago.
For more So-Cal punk nostalgia, show up early for Face to Face’s supporting act, Strung Out, who have been developing their fast, metal-infused sound since 1992.
